(47,201 posts)He said he won't be telling his justice department who to investigate or not investigate. It's up to the justice department and, I imagine, the congress whom to investigate, not the president.

(17,209 posts)I said nothing about Biden and I have no idea what Biden has said.
Nothing like that good old DU projection, once again.

(42,862 posts)Of course, yes... this all just appeared out of the ether... with no context whatsoever. Organically. Spontaneously.

(42,862 posts)... I'm just smart enough to recognize whenever anyone tries to pull the wool over my eyes. I raised some very clever boys and they didn't get away with much, I can tell you that.

(70,773 posts)be involved or should prosecutions be left up to the States and the AJ...I find this a back door way to attack Biden...and I seriously think that is an awful thing to do when he hasn't even been inaugurated and is facing a huge mess...priorities my friend. The first thing we need to go is save lives and the economy and work towards not losing the House in 2022 ...and endless investigations would jeopardize it.

(54,770 posts)whether there is a real possibility of convicting him.
Hatch Act, things Mueller already let him off the hook for, and the like, would not result in conviction and would mire the country in more divisiveness, IMO.

(91,302 posts)... Trump admitted to it on live TV during one of his KKKlan rallies so even the small print part of the crime has been meet.

(91,302 posts)... looks like they at least got the goods on his stated asset fraud.
I know people who work for the IRS who were sent scrambling wondering how in the hell Red Don's stated asset BS was allowed to slip at all.
