BREAKING: The president has been suspended from Twitter, per Twitter.

Twitter will have a statement momentarily, source tells me.

Twitter has banned President Trump "due to the risk of further incitement of violence."

It is apparently permanent:

account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.

Previously, his account was locked for a specific period, basically a warning, "behave yourself".

Suspension means you're done, kicked out, for good.
