(29,383 posts)I think US foreign policy creates more ISIS or Al-Qaeda. I'm against a lot of what Bush JR did legally such as torture & Guantanamo.
I'm sure there are existing laws that can address RW extremists. I'd also have the FBI do investigations on these type of groups.

(8,629 posts)I’m not a fan of treating anyone as if they do not have any rights or protections at all. Enemy combatants do not get treated like garden variety criminals, but these are U.S. citizens. They are insurrectionists, not enemy combatants. Arrest them, charge them, try them.
