Obama would give up all kinds of things to compromise and then Republicans would vote against it anyway. Joe has already shown them the door on the Covid-19 slash and burn proposal they came up with. You could have a hundred witnesses on each side and draw this out for Biden's entire term and the GOP would still vote to vindicate Trump.
