Need one has said he would appoint and African American woman if the seat was open.
Nancy and Schiff are very tight.

Whomever is in the seat has a big advantage in the next election.

Such a move would throw everything into chaos.

Newsom’s job as Governor is far from over and we voted for him to do this job. Three good Dem House members are already running for the Senator’s seat.

As the old saying goes. But If there is a plus of him moving from governor to senator is his biggest hurdle is that if Florida and Texas. If he does choose to take her seat, it would give him some federal clout he needs to fight the interstate human trafficking that is coming from Texas and Florida. The state level can only do so much. I believe he will give it to a worthy person.

in the writers' room the night they came up with that? I like to imagine the night the show aired, when they were all gathered around watching the show on the monitor, that skit aired and they all looked puzzledly at one another
