Time to enforce the General Discussion rule that "Posts about Israel/Palestine, .......are restricted in this forum."

I think they have been doing an excellent job of letting us vent on important issues. Bit along with that venting comes the responsibility of offering valid alternatives.

given that this is one of the top stories in the nation right now. I reserve the right to change my opinion at any time in the future, but for now we are allowing it in GD.

Nobody is being forced to click on, read, or participate in those threads. But people who do choose to participate would be wise remember that, as always, they will be subject to the regular DU rules of conduct, which are enforced by their peers. In other words, if you want to add heat rather than light to the discussion, you take your chances.
