(3,146 posts)based on Judge Merchan and the fact that the Stormy Daniels case is, looked at from a distance and compared to Fat Donnie's other crimes, it's not compelling enough to send him to prison. If found guilty -- not a certainty -- he might be given an ankle bracelet, or an even less satisfying sentence.
Meanwhile, the crooked, corrupt judge in Florida will see to it that the Fat Man doesn't even go to trial for the theft -- and probably dissemination to our enemies -- of top secret classified documents to our enemies and/or his business cronies. And Sammy and the Supremes have all but guaranteed that Fatso is not going to trial for trying to overthrow the U.S. government.
Maybe Fatso will test his "immunity" by actually shooting a stranger in broad daylight on 5th Avenue. But if he did, I really do not feel certain that anything would come of it.
