My last jury service the guy lied to the court plainly for which I was steadfast guilty on all counts. He was homeless and really it was just a bomb threat and the other jury folks wanted me to change my position. After some better than average pizza I was more happy to switch my vote. A full stomach helps the mind.

Im positive he wont be acquitted but I am a little worried about the possibility of a hung jury.

And make sure they have looked at everything carefully.

This is a simple documents case. The only thing to consider is if the enhancement applies.
