I am disgusted with the campaign for making this decision. A debate only helps Trump and his minions who love his lies. That is what Hitlers followers do. Why are we thinking this is a fair game. To be honest, Biden did not do a good job and that compounded the issue

In the 1960s debate, Kennedy looked handsome, comfortable and witty. Nixon was not ready for TV. Kennedy was charming. Trump was an obnoxious bully. It showed in his face, his demeanor, and his voice.

Trump "won" because he was able to moderate his craziness for the sake of the undecided voter audience.

They got the horse race and drama they needed to sell this turkey to the American people. Expect a long expensive financially lucrative election season.

Won lost, the American voter. But they've allowed this to happen to themselves.

They will tell you the convicted felon did. Ask any Dem who won and they will tell you Biden did.
Neither, any Dem or a republican will change there vote after this debate and an independent is still confused
as who they will vote for declaring neither "won".

My mother doesn't feel that way.

People in my Democratic funding circle don't feel that way.

A mailing list of journalists I'm on don't feel that way.

Flash poll of viewers had 67% said Trump won. The pool certainly includes Democrats.

One things I've always done to center my political activity is to accept reality. Biden had an incredibly bad night.

They are not as dumb as republicans who will vote for the convicted felon.
The choice between the two is staggering. One only has to remember what the trump presidency was like to vote Biden.

The choice is up to them. But if they think about it there is only one choice.
But then again there are some damn dumb so called Dems that may vote for the convicted felon.
Did you ask your mother who she is now going to vote for and why ? Sounds like she as these soft Dems you speak of are closet republicans.

She was always voting for Biden. All my friends and political contacts are voting for Biden.

You're missing the point that while THEY are voting for Biden, they're all worried that OTHER people won't vote for Biden and Trump will take back the White House.

His stuttering, older voices and low voices.
Also Biden said too much when he responded.
Both Biden and Trump don't seem to have alot of flexibility in their speech. (It's an older age thing)
Trump used it to his advantage, by repeating garbage.
Biden stalled because he was thinking or forming the correct words. This gave time for Trump to come up with garbage retorts.
Joe was discussing his accomplishments and got taken off guard.

I think Joe's one-liners were really good. However, they weren't loud enough.
Joe needs to deliver more one-liners and less policy. He needs to KISS. He's not really "debating", when he's "debating" Trump.

Maybe Obama can help him out.

Trump for his lies and Biden for all the reasons discussed here today.

Overall Trump grade: F
You simply can’t lie in debates as often as Trump does if the activity is to be taken seriously.”

Overall Biden grade: F
Playing into stereotypes and criticisms, Biden had a worse night than Trump. But neither would get my vote based on this debate.
