Jamāl Aḥmad Khāshqujī Is proof that Trump WILL USE the full extent of the immunity that SCOTUS gave him

If you remember, Khāshqujī’s life was offered up to the Saudi Royals for Kushner’s $2 billion payout. Trump didn’t like him because he worked for the Washington Post. And even if Trump had no opinion of him, he still offered this person’s life up for money.

Do not think Trump won’t use his immunity to kill his opponents. He will. It was part of his arguments to the court in this case.

Biden’s response, that he doesn’t intend to use this power, is not enough. Biden must take actionable steps to correct the court. He needs to use the powers that the court just gave him. Trusting this to the voters is not enough when the SCOTUS can make decisions favorably for Trump during this election. And I guarantee you that Trump has learned from his mistakes last time and that Thomas and Alito are probably back channeling what cases and how to bring them to the courts in order for SCOTUS to rule on them.

This is absolutely a war we cannot win if we do not arm ourselves with the same tools that the Trumpers are using.

Biden must act now, decisively and with force or all is lost.

I was so surprised that trump and jared were never held accountable for setting him up like that.

After he took office there was a big uptick in CIA deaths.

Also stealing classified docs put many lives in danger.

for sure. I guess I was more so referring to direct, putin-style hits. I think Jack Smith's team picked up evidence of one of his potential victims in the Florida classified docs case.

I wonder about Epstein.
He had many dangerous secrets and certainly video on Trump.

Anyone who could hurt Trump and shows up dead or missing is on the list to consider.

Biden, the courts, the congress, the military, NO ONE.

The SC justices were appointed by sitting US presidents with the consent of congress.
It is not Joe Biden's job to take them out.

It is our job to decide if we want to live free, in a democracy or not.

extend to those he orders to commit unconstitutional/unlawful acts. So, unless President Biden is going to personally start 'popping caps' he will have to have others follow his unlawful orders. Further, judicial review of Presidential actions was not effected by this ruling so Federal Judges can and should issue injunctions if any President acts unlawfully. Lastly, say a President DID personally shoot a political rival in the head, he/she could not be criminally/civilly prosecuted but could/should be quickly impeached and convicted by the congress.
