He's still pissed because NOAA had the temerity to contradict the Sharpie edit to their map of Hurricane Dorian's track.

And we've seen plenty of examples of his grudge holding in the last 9 years. His attitude toward Pence's safety on 1/6/21 is a notable one. He really wouldn't have cared if the rioters had carried out their threat to "hang Mike Pence" because he was mad at Pence for not going along with his plan to overturn the election. *shudder*

The U.S. mint. Or is that somehow in their federal reserve statement? Just hadn’t heard of directly mentioned.

The right wingers have been trying to privatize it for a long time. It’s one if not the only government agency that makes a profit. The sale of mint sets and uncirculated coins has been a good money maker. So of course gop wants to spread the money to some of their donors.
