Mark Kelly or Pete Buttigieg for VP?

If it came down to a choice between only those two, who would you prefer?

Sadly, I just don't think that's the country we live in right now. Like Joe said, we need to save democracy first.

Pete has lots of time and if we can win big, I think we can grow again as a mature democracy.

So...Shapiro.

I have been wanting Mark Kelly, but now with the news that Pete Buttigieg is being vetted I’m torn between them.

*Just looked him up. Tough choice. I'm a big fan of Pete, but between those two I'd be content either way if those were the choices

**Lol. I saw his picture and linked his name to his face, but then learned he had a twin brother.

enable a Harris victory. There are just too many homophobes in America.

A true dream would be the first Female POTUS and first Gay VP - but sadly America is not that sophisticated....yet.

Vance, Marine:

"There, he was assigned to the Public Affairs section of the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.[16][17] He has said that his service "taught me how to live like an adult" and that he was "lucky to escape any real fighting". Wikipedia, with footnotes

Aircraft Wing Public Affairs? Sounds like a fobbit, i.e. never left the wire.

Kelly, Navy:

As a Navy pilot, he made multiple deployments on the aircraft carrier USS Midway and flew 39 combat missions in Operation Desert Storm. Senator Kelly is the recipient of the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, two Distinguished Flying Crosses, and multiple Air Medals.

Plus, astronaut. First Senator with a Space Badge on his military uniform. Hey, appeals to me, I wear the Space Badge.
