SCOTUS conservatives made clear they will consider anything. The right heard them.

Far-right lawyers and far-right lower court judges got the go-ahead signal from the U.S. Supreme Court this year — and they are quickly following through.

What, you ask, do you mean? “I was told it was a 3-3-3 court.” “I was told Chief Justice John Roberts was in charge of the court again.” “I was told Justice Amy Coney Barrett has an independent streak.”

Those might have been the messages that the court wanted the public to see, and there are kernels of truth behind those claims — but they do not tell the full story. More importantly, they were not the messages being sent to far-right lawyers and judges.

The message they got was: “Disregard precedent where you think we might do so.” “Try out previously fringe ideas.” “Give us more cases.”

By whatever means, at least two of the six criminals need to be removed from the Court if the Court can’t be expanded by four more judges to match the thirteen circuits. All six perjured themselves re stare decisis and Roe, one of them is a sexual assaulter and perjured himself to get on a lower court, two of them and their wives are insurrectionists, and at least two of them have taken bribes, $ millions in the case of Clarence Thomas.

Oklahoma public school teachers say they don't want to.

Oklahoma Superintendent of Education says you will or you're out of public education in this state.

The billionaires behind Christian Nationalism and the Dominionists have the money to convince the unethical six to see things their way.

I wonder what VP Harris thinks about expanding the court to balance the right-wing sell-outs. Of course, we need a Democratic Senate and one willing to jettison the filibuster if necessary.
