Orban just gave Russian agents easy access to most of the EU via Hungarian National Cards for Russian "guest workers"
Just read this on Twitter and did some checking to verify it. The reference to the Schengen Zone these cards will allow the Russians to travel to is all of the EU except Cyprus and Ireland. The Schengen Zone also includes, and will give these Russian "guest workers" access to, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City.
So nearly unlimited travel throughout Europe by Russian spies and saboteurs.

Hungary: No immigrants but Russian and Belarusian workers are welcome, opening the door to Russian spies in the Schengen zone.
The Hungarian government has introduced a National Card from July that allows Russian and Belarusian “guest workers” to enter the country without the usual security screenings.
The National Card has multiple advantages. First, there is no limit to the number of guest workers coming with it.
Secondly, there are no excluded jobs and the future guest workers do not have to submit certificates that their work is needed in Hungary.
When they prolong the permit, they do not have to take a cultural knowledge exam.
Finally, those obtaining a National Card can bring their family to Hungary.
You may get your National Card for 2 years, but your stay can be extended for three years for unlimited times.
It’s hard to explain why the Hungarian government would like to let in many Russians and Belarusians now.
If Russia wants to send spies with the programme, their activity may not be confined to Hungary, but to any Schengen Zone country. Obtaining a National Card allows you to travel everywhere in the zone.
