Yes, Kamala did smoke cannabis, and inhale...

And yes, she did prosecute dealers, growers, and smugglers for crimes relating to it.

Those are not hypocritical positions.

Despite what one canadian outlaw grower, or tulsi dumbface, thinks.

Edit - ok, i deleted the yt since it rubbed some the wrong way. It wasnt my intention to spread disinformation, but to point out she was human and smoked, and onlynprosecuted dealers, growers, and smugglers.

The canadian is an outlaw grower and an idiot.

1. Casual user versus dealers--big damned difference. Not to mention most anyone--especially those who attended

college in the 80s, 90s, and later would be very unusual to have not tried it. Yeah, we had a series of politicos for years that denied it, but I never really believed them either.

‘As a reminder Kamala Harris did not lock up a single Black male for weed possession. And incarceration under her tenure dropped.’

I don’t really know why you’re posting this garbage youtube here, but here are the facts:

As a reminder Kamala Harris did not lock up a single Black male for weed possession. And incarceration under her tenure dropped.

Feel free to share this video any time a liar appears.

Readers added context
As DA then AG, Kamala Harris did bot incarcerate “thousands” of Black non-violent marijuana offenders. She actually lowered the rate of marijuana related incarceration by 66% from her predecessor. Most marijuana convictions were pleas down from higher charges.

Not spread disinfo. I did mention she only prosecuted dealers, growers, smugglers.

But we should be aware what attacks are coming.

Anyway, the link is gone

14. When you live in an east coast city and it's hot as hell

you and other tenants tend to congregate on the front steps (stoop sitting) so you can take advantage of any air that's moving. There was an old beat cop back in the late 60s who'd stop by and just chat for a bit. If there was a joint being passed around, he'd wiggle his fingers to ask for a hit. He didn't like drinkers, though. There was a city ordinance against open containers of anything being shown, so he'd nag the drinkers to get paper bags to hid those damn beer cans. He was OK. Then he'd be on to the next bunch of stoop sitters down the street, get a toke from them, too.

Most cops back then didn't care about peaceful pot smokers. Nixon got that enormous bug up his ass a few years later and started a war on drugs because he hated hippies, college kids, and uppity black people.

It's time to end the war, the drugs won. All the war did was give us new and more dangerous drugs like fentanyl Most drugs need to be reclassified, and treatment needs to focus on a slow taper, not the abuse of sudden withdrawal. What we're doing does.not.work. We need to try something else.

and I only met two who never tried it. I did meet quite a few who tried it and weren't impressed.

I'd hazard a guess that most people in this country at least tried it, especially if they went to college at some point. They all survived it even if they didn't like the high all that much.

That's kind of the point. We're all felons who didn't get caught, just like we're all sinners. Any laws that open the majority of a country's citiczens to prosecution are bad laws and need to be abolished.

That's really the bottom line. Is cannabis a panacea? Nope. Will it destroy the country? Nope.

Growing up (or at least getting older) in upstate NY, the demon weed was generally not very strong unless you knew the right people. It was illegal. Now that it is a fuck of a lot stronger, it is deemed safe and legal. Hence, I am tempted to actually try a hit of the stuff ..... but I want a town cop, my high school health teacher, a psychiatrist, a guru, and a turn table to play Revolution 9 backwards on, so that I don't have a bad trip. I also worry about flashbacks.

Personally, I don't trust anyone who hasn't smoked pot -- or anyone who has. Perhaps this is a dreaded flash-forward, from the pot I've yet to smoke making me paranoid. Then again, maybe it's tomorrow, or just the end of time. Or both?
