Today Barack and Michelle endorsed Harris. And that was a big deal. But we all saw that one coming a mile off. Ditto endorsements from Pelosi and congressional leaders Jeffries and Schumer.

But when JD Vance's hate-spewing weirdness punched the meanest was when he attacked Kamala as a childless cat lady with no stake in the future.

Nevermind the context of a climate denier attacking anyone else's commitment to protecting the future, he's essentially calling millions of Americans second class citizens. (He's actually proposed in the past that families get extra votes for having children!)

Responding to this ugly, divisive smear on childless American citizens, Doug Emhoff's daughter and his ex-wife posted beautiful tributes to Kamala's role as a ''third parent'' and co-parent in their blended family.

Emhoff, 25, fired back after the video went viral following her stepmother’s ascension to the top of the Democratic ticket for November’s election.

“How can you be ‘childless’ when you have cutie pie kids like Cole and I 🤔,” she wrote on her Instagram story.

Kerstin Emhoff, the ex-wife of second gentleman Doug Emhoff, shut down sexist attacks against Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday, rebuking conservatives’ description of the VP as “childless.”

Emhoff, a film and TV producer, shares two adult children with the second gentleman: Cole, 29, and Ella, 25.

“These are baseless attacks,” she told New York Times White House reporter Katie Rogers. “For over 10 years, since Cole and Ella were teenagers, Kamala has been a co-parent with Doug and I.”
