Why Hasn't a Reporter asked Trump???

If you believe the last election was rigged and you with the power of the presidency behind you couldn’t stop it, why are you bothering to run again?
I mean if you actually believe that’s what Democrats were able to do, why would this year be any different?

The plain text of the 22nd amendment says "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice..."

So if he was elected in 2016 and 2020, isn't he constitutionally barred from running again?
