This is the language his base understands, and so it is very smart to use language that can demoralize them and destroy their support

#VirtueSignaling was never going to work with this crowd, and all attempts to heal divisions and win them over failed.

She flat out punched him in the face, several times.

Kamala reminds me of the show that was on TV for a short period of time called Bully Beat Down. It would find someone who was bullied and offer the bully money if he could stay in the ring with someone for X number of minutes. The bully got to wear a head gear. The vast majority of the time the bully got the living shit beat out of him while the person he bullied looked on.

TSF is about to get the living shit beat out of him, I predict, Kamala wins by 10 million votes.

...we've collectively been reacting to all the things Trump does and says, letting him set the terms of public discourse.

What I love about Kamala Harris is that she's taking the wind out of his sails by taking the fight to him, by being pro-active. Biden's abdication stole his RNC thunder and now she's in the driver's seat. Had the Trump campaign been intelligent, they could have seen this move possibly coming. After all, Biden's been showing mild signs of physical frailty for a while now and Harris is the VP. Biden even mused a few years ago about only serving one term. So I'm rather surprised that they apparently didn't have some sort of contingency plan. Now all they can do is hurl sexist insults at Harris while she pummels Trump on his felon status, his record, and the abominable Project 2525.

If there is a debate between them, I hope she dislocates his spine and serves it to him on a platter. While smiling and "cackling" at him.

is because to Trump and the Republicans, they can’t imagine someone voluntarily giving up power. They can’t imagine it because it goes against their nature. It reminds me of Lord of the Rings where Sauron, the Dark Lord, imagines that one of the fellowship will use the Ring to challenge Sauron. Instead, Frodo the hobbit takes the Ring to a volcano to destroy it, getting rid of Sauron forever. Sauron was confounded because it never entered into his mind that someone would willing destroy an item that bestowed so much power. Such is the case with Trump and other Republicans.
