Why is this perceived as close? In it's elemental terms, it ought to be a "no-brainer" for all American voters. Apparently, more than a few think he is a serious candidate. They have no idea what they are really voting for.

Is Trump capable of campaigning anymore? Asked because we're doing fine right now, but he's not campaigning in any real sense, in the way he did in 2016 and 2020. Is this a rope-a-dope strategy? Will his new campaign staff cause improvements that make him more competitive.
