When there is a rally or speaking event for a presidential candidate the call goes out from the campaign to the local/county party and they start making phone calls like crazy to fill up the venue where the candidate will be appearing. Since only 12 people showed up I assume no calls were made and even the local party branch didn't participate. If this is any indication of what to expect on election day Trump is in big, big trouble.
