Trump: "If Jesus came down and was the vote counter, I would win California."

Ted Lieu
I’m just an ordinary Catholic, but I’m thinking that Jesus probably wouldn’t come down for a man found liable by a jury for sexual assault.

And since Jesus invented the laws of the universe, including math, He would certify that Trump lost California. And GA, NV, AZ, WI, MI, PA.

Republican Voters Against Trump
Trump: "If Jesus came down and was the vote counter, I would win California."

Video at link

I mean, what serious candidate for POTUS says that? "Weird" is to weak of a description for his kind of insanity.

Jesus or no Jesus how fucking backwards is it to focus not on how many people vote for you, but instead on who counts them. Its like he doesn't even believe numbers can be true. Similar to when he repeatedly said that there wouldn't be covid if they would stop testing.
Its as if objective reality doesnt exist, only what people believe. No wonder he appeals to evangelicals.

Not if he won, but if he simply was allowed to be the candidate, America as we know it would be over. And this is why. The man clearly has no business being a candidate for POTUS and everyone in the media and his party knows it. But he continues to be presented as legitimate, even when what h says can't be justified in any way, shape or form. I saw another poster a few months ago stated "he is a third rate(at best) con man who even children see through". Its a spot on description. No other person would be given the time of day saying complete nonsense like the things he says. All the GOP had to do was say "we're done" and move on. It was that simple. All the media had to do was make a moral decision that they were not going to cover him as a political candidate after the sexual assault and hush money convictions. But, we continue....

Wed Aug 28, 2024, 01:45 PM
Aug 2024

He did say that all of the laws would exist until the end of time, and those laws he's talking about aren't friendly to rape victims.

Like how the law requires executing an urban rape victim who didn't cry out for help. Who cares if she had her mouth covered or a knife at her throat? Silence literally equaled death for an urban rape victim, always.

Or how the law requires a rural virgin rape victim to marry her rapist if he can afford to pay her dad off for damaging 'his' property.

Or how the law allows a father to sell a daughter into sexual slavery, whether or not she consents. Forcing sex without consent is rape, you know.

Or how the almighty himself made it okay to kidnap women and rape them to force them into marriage.

Or how the 'great' lawgiver Moses demanded the murder of female war captives who weren't virgins, but allowed taking captive virgins to do with as their captor willed. The virgins included little girls.

But, yeah, keep kidding yourself that the Space Buddy or his kid would have a problem with this adjudicated rapist, when their laws repeatedly demonstrate that they don't have a problem with sexual assault.
