Not sure if the time is correct, but C-SPAN has a Tim Walz event listed today at 10:30 AM

when Gov. Walz was scheduled to speak.
This is also able to be livestreamed on the IAFF Youtube channel according to the person I spoke to at the Boston local yesterday. He was kind enough to call me back here in Maine with info on the speech.
So there's that in addition to C-Span.
