I got my truck all set up with the Harris/Walz 2024 flags in deep-red Utah; let's see how they like this....... 💙🇺🇸

Let me clarify a few things about our flags on my truck:

1. Patriotism isn't a MAGA idea; flying flags on vehicles predate us both.

2. White Bigots, how does it feel to be trolled?

3. Black individuals who disagree with my political views? I didn't recall asking for your approval.

4. This is all about reclaiming our flag and inspiring others to find ways to do the same. 🫡🇺🇸

I find it disrespectful. The wind from driving around it becomes tattered and looks sad.

If anyone wants to fly a US flag I don’t have an issue with, just not on vehicles.

I remember back in the late 80s I met someone from Germany who made a comment about all the US flags everywhere. He said it was a strange phenomenon since Germany didn’t show that kind of patriotism. I guess after WWII, Germany decided to cool it on showing your patriotism.

I agree, there are restrictions in the US Code about how the flag should be treated and displayed.

The commute to work this morning was as expected; a few people made rude gestures, a lot of looks, and one even rolled down their window to shout, “F*** that b***h!” They were all white males, seemingly at ease with their predictable behavior. 🤷🏾‍♂️🇺🇸
