(17,283 posts)Her gender.
Except her of course.
If she were to sue rowlings, she would probably have to undergo a physical and a genetic test. Doubt she would be willing to do that, not because of the findings, but because the notion of personal privacy has expanded for international athletes to include refusal to allow doctors ability to evaluate them.
In the NBA, NFL, MLB and probably soccer the athletes have to undergo physicals and genetic testing, but in international competitions nothing like that exists.

In a statement sent to Variety, the Paris Prosecutors Office (National Center for the Fight Against Online Hatred), confirmed it received the complaint filed by Khelif and announced that an investigation had been launched. On Aug. 13, (The National Center for the Fight Against Online Hatred) contacted the OCLCH (Central Office for the Fight Against Crimes Against Humanity and Hate Crimes) to conduct an investigation into the counts of cyber harassment due to gender, public insult because of gender, public incitement to discrimination and public insult because of origin.
The lawsuit was filed against X, which under French law means that it was filed against unknown persons. That ensure[s] that the prosecution has all the latitude to be able to investigate against all people, including those who may have written hateful messages under pseudonyms, said Boudi. The complaint nevertheless mentions famously controversial figures.
J. K. Rowling and Elon Musk are named in the lawsuit, among others, he said...

(13,489 posts)Tried watching the movies...nope despite the cast. When I worked, i was the only one among a group of middle-aged ppl not part of a "house" i couldn't believe 48-yr-olds were doing this. I mean ymmv, but 25 yrs ago, I couldn't imagine coworkers (librrary) obsessing about something like a kids'book.
Like why? Aren't there more than enough flat earthers around?
