Who is the African American electoral map predictor guy? (nevermind I found it, Christopher Bouzy)

He is a computer scientist who nailed the past few election cycles. His name escapes me and I really wanted to check his site out again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As a life long Iowan, I wish that was so. Eight to ten years ago, yes, but we are now completely Kimified.
