I wonder if trump is talking about lifts--as in a stool that we stand on--or is he referring to his shoe lifts??
Donald Trump is claiming he doesnt want lifts or boxes during the debate so he looks taller. Yet hes the one who wears lifts in his shoe to make his shrinking old body look taller. Heres his lift flying out when he got shot at. And images of his foot lifted.

(17,392 posts)It is one of the symptoms.
Women in high heels dont lean. It is not the lifts.

(5,553 posts)how his shoes dont come off just by him walking in them. His heel looks as if its just barely even in there.
Also, how is that every time Trump is shown sitting down he looks as if hes sitiing on the toilet? Super weird.

(2,527 posts)Hmmm, don't know if men typically wear clogs/mules, but they are shoes that have nothing cupping the person's heel. Easy to walk in, no tendency to come off (and so easy to put on).
I noticed this toilet-sitting thing way back in 2016. He's always done it, it's SO weird. On the other hand, if you think about it, he basically is always sitting on a toilet. When the diaper stuff came out, I wondered if this odd leaning forward is to accommodate his pooping in mid-interview/meeting. If you sit back in a chair like a normal person, maybe cross a leg over your knee, you would be effectively blocking the exit of poop.

(1,136 posts)My arches fell in basic training and I was given these thick arch supports to wear. My heels barely stayed in my shoes (we didn't get boots back then, only the guys did), and they ended up rubbed raw. I couldn't march properly, and certainly couldn't run. I ended up taking them out so I wouldn't be held back and have to start training all over again. I was already being threatened with that due to my lack of gaining to my "proper" weight. Wish I had that problem now!
I think this may explain why Trump walks as little as possible, and how he leans on the podium at events. He can barely stand up straight with lifts, and walking is certainly nearly impossible without compensating.
No pity from me for him, he deserves to suffer.
