Here's an email address to start with: michael.gold@nytimes.com
Love or hate the NYT, one thing they do is publish email addresses for the authors of their articles. This particular asswipe recenty "sane-washed" Trump's inane blather about child care, as someone else posted about here on DU.
Short and to the point, I emailed him this:
Youre merely aiding and abetting the possibility of an utter madman ending democracy in America.
...he said he would prioritize legislation on the issue [of child care] but offered no specifics ?
Be ashamed.
When you run into this kind of bullshit, don't just bitch here, bitch to the source of the bullshit if you can.

You know, the ones who sign the journos' paychecks (metaphorically of course). And the ones who give editorial direction to the editors.

Will you join me in working on contacts? This would be a very useful endeavor. I don't know a whole lot about the structure here, just post in a few spots, but if we could start a permanent thread sort of thing we could do some good.
I bet some media watchdog already has a lot of this.

I suppose one thing to do is reach out to some of the people in the media who have spoken out about the Trump-supporting double standards, and ask them not only who else to contact, but what they've tried to do to talk to their colleagues in the media, and what sort of feedback they might have already gotten about why their colleagues do what they do, and resist changing doing what they do.
