They lost a class-action suit over the Meta pixel, a tracking device placed on medical websites that allows Facebook to track and record patient medical activity, like searches for reproductive care.

A slap on the wrist. 16 bucks to each member of the class.

Zuck is as evil as Mux.

about Zuckbook and snooping. If I find the link I can post, no time now.

The tell: Zuckbook lost a class action suit and had to pay people who used hospital websites with the Meta pixel

since the 90-day rule trashed my history, but I do have some of the source material I used for research, such as
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2022/06/facebook-is-receiving-sensitive-medical-information-from-hospital-websites/

Web researchers used abortion-related medical inquiries to see if the Meta pixel was tracking this info and sending it back to Facebook.

On the website of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, for example, clicking the “Schedule Online” button on a doctor’s page prompted the Meta Pixel to send Facebook the text of the button, the doctor’s name, and the search term we used to find her: “pregnancy termination.”
...
The Markup also found the Meta Pixel installed inside the password-protected patient portals of seven health systems. On five of those systems’ pages, we documented the pixel sending Facebook data about real patients who volunteered to participate in the Pixel Hunt project, a collaboration between The Markup and Mozilla Rally.
...
The 33 hospitals The Markup found sending patient appointment details to Facebook collectively reported more than 26 million patient admissions and outpatient visits in 2020, according to the most recent data available from the American Hospital Association. Our investigation was limited to just over 100 hospitals; the data sharing likely affects many more patients and institutions than we identified.
...
When The Markup tested Houston Methodist’s website, clicking the “Schedule Appointment” button on a doctor’s page prompted the Meta Pixel to send Facebook the text of the button, the name of the doctor, and the search term we used to find the doctor: “Home abortion.”

In some respects, Facebook is far worse than xitter.

Zuck gave the 2016 election to Trump. Facebook illegally supplied private user data to Cambridge Analytica, who used the data to micro-target political ads in key locations, thus giving T the Electoral College despite losing the pop vote. FB and CA got a slap on the wrist fine for subverting the election.

Zuckerthing is one of the key players in our current dystopia.

No right to privacy
No right to proper health care
No right to free travel
No right to associate with others who might help them in times of need

Texas considers females to be property of the state.

Cut off all the federal dollars until Texas allows females to exercise their rights, ALL of THEM!

Demand them from Governor Murphy. Phil doesn't play. I could see him personally drive up to Liberty State Park, pull down their flag, use it to wipe his ass, then mail it to Abbott.

When?

Where?

Alone or assisted?

Male partner, sex worker, girlfriend, or wife involved?

Porn assist?

Disposition of semen?

Every ejaculation must have a record uploaded to the national database within 30 minutes. We the people need to keep track of this stuff.

Absolutely no reason to compel the disclosure of private medical records to the State.
