The banners say:

Texas vs. Michigan: “JD Vance [heart] Ohio State + Project 2025”
Bowling Green vs. Penn State: “Penn St: Beat Trump, Sack Project 2025”
Tennessee Tech vs. Georgia: “Bulldogs: Beat Trump, Sack Project 2025”

They play that song and the student section goes nuts (jumping around) between the 3rd and 4th quarters.

Michigan fans automatically hate everything about Ohio St so they linked Vance (and Project 2025) to Ohio St to win Michigan fans over to Harris/Walz (Michigan's stadium holds like 110,000 so that's a lot of Michigan fans/voters). I thought that one was brilliant!
