The more revenue you can pass on to your "shareholders" - the medical services and insurance funds and investment funds, the better your outcome.
You need to show you can make a profit before one of the elite will grant you a health care account to pay for your treatment, unless you have enough money yourself.
It's the same plan the GOP has for anything that could be considered a common service or support for a human body.
