Why are we worried about this election if the sitting VP can just declare a winner?

If Kamala Harris has the courage to do what Donald Trump believes is perfectly legal, then we should be good to go in January regardless of what happens in a month.

They believe that it's OK for them, but not for Harris. Conflict? What conflict?

That sums up their views on a lot of issues, not just certification.

And because the Pukes have more state delegations only they can rely on electoral college mischief—no one gets to 270–and then win on the roll call of states.
