The Democrats have given us another option. You dont have to register to vote. On Election Day, have 10 fake names, go to 10 polling booths and vote 10 times. Thats 100 votes, and its not illegal. Maybe we should work the system too.
@elonmusk
Super important to get all your friends and family to register to vote.
Georgias registration deadline is Monday!!

In Butler, Pennsylvania, we just heard that the Republicans will make sure no illegals vote. Ignore my previous post.
But the earlier tweet is still there.

(40,232 posts)Republicans will have nothing to do with illegals not voting. The Law will. Republicans are garbage and with each passing day the stench of republicanism gets worse. Lil Donny doesnt want to go to jail. So he enlists help from his magas. Which reminds me of an old Reba McEntire Song.
I go along
What else can I do
Maybe its wrong

SO YOU LIE
Thats where magas are. Loyally listening to lies. Damn, another country song.

(4,295 posts)'This is voter fraud': FBI alerted as Elon Musk's mom accused of committing federal crime

Donald Trump's embrace of the richest man in the world, Elon Musk, hit another speedbump on Saturday as Musk's mom was accused of encouraging her followers to commit voter fraud.
Musk's own mother, Maye Musk, took that comment even further:
The Democrats have given us another option. You dont have to register to vote," she wrote Saturday. "On Election Day, have 10 fake names, go to 10 polling booths and vote 10 times. Thats 100 votes, and its not illegal. Maybe we should work the system too."
This prompted some extreme reactions.
Civil rights attorney Andrew C Laufer said, "That is illegal. Do you have any credible evidence Democrats are engaging in that practice?"
Bloomberg reporter Steven Dennis told her, "This is super illegal."
Radio host and journalist Kai Ryssdal replied, "Federal crime, right here."

(63 posts)If so, then why would anyone on this web page/board be "tweeting" anything.? Doesn't it benefit him?
If you tweet a link, aren't you giving a kind of affirmation to Elon and I suppose his Mama's posts ?
Is that the only way we can share anything here?
Doesn't Elmo get one schekle (sp?) for every tweet generated here so he can tell his bankers and advertisers how well he's generating on-line business traffic?
Does e_musk get to review each and every post here:? (Or his machine-gen algo)
Why would we do this.....to ourselves?
I am bewildered.
Justice matters.

Links on DU probably represent less than 0.0000000000000000001% of his on-line business traffic.
It's meaningless, and it's always important to see what enemies are up to (illegal encouragements like that one is one, so lawyers on the good side of the Rule of Law can act to counter them).
If anyone can hit him where it hurts, I suggest launching a massive boycott of TESLA EVs by suggesting potential buyers to look at Union-made MUSTANG MACH-Es (Ford) or General Motors's VOLT (and others).
Such a worldwide boycott would anger his shareholders to no end ... (they already signaled they're concerned).

(8,050 posts)You seem to have some odd ideas about how Twitter's finances work, so maybe you are bewildered, as you say.
Musk makes money from what advertisers he has left, but only if people actually view the ads they place. We don't post Twitter ads here.
The only way you're anywhere near right is that we add to Twitter's traffic in a vanishingly small way, but since Musk has apparently given up purging the vast number of bots from the site, the statistics of number of visits/views is hardly something he can use to sell advertising, even if he takes a break from telling prospective advertisers to go fuck themselves.
My main delight is hotlinking to Twitter images. Musk makes nothing from our doing that, we're effectively stealing his bandwidth, and unless someone here checks out an image's URL, no one is aware of where it comes from.

This looks like a big bright idea from TFG himself. Or from some Russian. Any MATAt who tries it is going to be in prison for a long time.

(38,184 posts)At my voting precinct, you walk in and you have to go to a table that has grouped your name, A-J, K-R, etc. Tell them your name and they find it in their book. They give you a small bound booklet where you sign your name; then they give you the ballot.
Fill out the ballot, put it in the machine, and you're done.
So, Maye, do tell: you go in and just make up a name hoping that person hasn't already voted? And how do you know the street that goes with the name?
This scheme would not work.
