...illegal voting activity and other election crimes will be prosecuted might hopefully deter some of the illegal rightwing activities that planned for the upcoming election.

On a side note, wasn't it also MI AG Nessel who was forced to over-ride marrick garland's neglect of duty in a previous election crime situation? Or am I mis-remembering that?

Not sure IIRC, but AZ AG did the same.

Note the mention in Nessel's announcement a couple of the MI election workers had self identified as Dems. Doesn't matter as she said. All election workers & voters need to obey the law.
