He actually DID receive more votes than any other INCUMBENT President. Which makes him right, in that regard. What he ignores, and hopes everyone else will ignore, is that Joe Biden got around 8 million more votes than he did. Unfortunately for him, incumbency doesn't get you bonus votes.
