I stand corrected. Her term has ended but she can stay on until she is renominated or replaced.

The FTC is different from the FCC, where a Commissioner whose term expires can only stay on for a limited period.

There's always a reason for not enforcing anti-trust laws, isn't there?
Before the 2008 collapse, it was allowing unrestrained mergers and acquisitions in the name of "global competition".
Cuban seems to be one of the most level-headed tech bros out there, but he's still a billionaire, libertarian-ish, tech bro.
