So when will we start to imagine that a re-elected Trump will...

conjure up a reason to seize personal property?

He'll have immunity, Project 2025, and an active criminal imagination all ready to accomplish a marvelous side-job. He'll make up reasons to seize property. It really might work in conjunction with his plan to impoverish millions through the economic hardships he is designing through radical taxation plans that will slow the economy and place millions of mortgages in jeopardy. So when that happens, Trump and his cronies will be at the ready to seize properties and make them profitable. This will make Trump tantamount to a tyrannical king. That's where he wants to be. Once in power, nothing will stop him. He already has immunity for committing crimes when acting as president, so he'll justify all crimes as committed inside the confines of his office duties.

BTW, the possible seizure of personal property isn't far off from a real plan. It should, IMO, be on the menu for the Harris-Walz ad-buying schedule right before the election.

Even when the government does it. But companies have gone through the legal system to take land away for a long time. I wouldn’t doubt he might try to make it easier.
