The stomach is hungry. Trump's rambles are incoherent yet revealing

But ASIDE from her comments, I notice that he is speaking to the Chicago Economic Club, and he mentions that ‘the stomach is hungry.’
What does that mean? The ramblings of a madman, sure. But he’s speaking to a crowd of well-to-do. Like when George Bush said, “some people call you the one-percent, i call you my base”.
As wealth inequality grows, as the billionaires (and the “PayPal mafia”) disdain democracy,, as climate change intensifies, as medical technology progresses to enable life extension, as birth rates fall — all the billionaires visualize is barbarians at the gate.

What do you bet that when the billionaires gather to spout off about their own superiority, the phrase “the stomach is hungry” is used disdainfully to refer to the hungry horde that wants to eat the rich?
