Well, two things.

1. Newsom had nothing to do with this. And I bet he's laughing his ass off right now.

2. The venue was in unincorporated territory, so there was no mayor. Or police. Or any kind of civil government whatsoever.

And also 3, I'm assuming that Trump had his stupid rally there, because he's not allowed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego because of how much he trash talks California.
