There should be security cameras on them 24/7 imo. There seems to be no talk at all about the machines right now??

(16,636 posts)...and it isn't only the machines that need protection, but all the records, voter logs, anything connected in any way with the election in every office or space they might be.
The rightwing has given us reason to expect they will be illegally messing with these things AND some of them have been convicted of doing it in the past.

The Republican National Committee announced plans earlier this year to recruit 100,000 poll watchers and election observers across the nation, including 5,000 in Wisconsin. The Democratic Party of Wisconsin will have a record number of election observers throughout the state, according to a statement. Meanwhile, groups like the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin will also have poll watchers present at the polls.
