Once they find the militants in Rutherford County, who stopped FEMA from providing

assistance to those in plight, can the good citizens who were denied service sue those criminally responsible?

and it turns out the militia story was disinfo. One guy made a threat, at a gas station, about how he was going to "mess up" someone from FEMA so the sheriff was called, he was arrested, charged and bailed out. Some captain from the sheriff's department said there was no militia roaming about.
