If he has a condition causing fecal incontinence he definitely wouldn't want that to be known; it would be more embarrassing for him than being crazy.

There are studies showing conservatives are more likely to be disgusted by bodily functions than liberals. The diaper-wearing by his cult members was merely performative and intended to own the libs; they don't really believe he has that kind of a problem. But if it was proved that he did, knowing that Dear Leader might be soiling his drawers every time they saw him might give them pause. Also, TFG himself wouldn't be able to handle public knowledge of that condition - not just for political reasons, but because he would find it personally humiliating. It might make him even crazier.

They do not care, in the least, that he is a shit. They don't care that he is losing his marbles. They don't care that he's a rapist. They don't care that he'll sell out our allies to Russia. They don't care that he lies about everything, all the time. They don't care that he stole thousands of pages of classified documents.

They only care that he hates the same people they do. Nothing else matters.
