'Visibly Showing Disgust': Trump Town Hall Audience Wasn't Buying His 'Stream Of Lies'
Donald Trump faced a rare non-MAGA audience on Wednesday during a Univision town hall event featuring undecided Latino voters.

And it didn’t go well for the ex-president.

One former Republican offered Trump the “opportunity” to win back his vote ― then confronted Trump directly over his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection, his botched response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and how many members of his own administration have since turned against him.

“I’m curious how people so close to you and your administration no longer want to support you, so why would I want to support you?” Ramiro Gonzalez asked. “Your own vice president doesn’t want to support you now.”

Based on the body language in the room, Trump’s answers to that and other questions didn’t seem to be winning many people over ― and the former president’s critics on social media pointed that out:

Someone talks fast without pausing it's because they are scared and caught in a lie. My Dad looked just like that guy when a slick shister started talking a mile a minute and I know exactly what that head move is.

Many of the women either had their arms crossed, some tightly, or folded or crossed in front of them. Some had their hands gripped together. Some of the men did, too. There was a lot of side eye and the head tilting from both men and women.
It was telling.
