I have given considerable thought to Trump's fate. He deserves prison; however, that would make him a martyr to the MAGAs. A defeated, brain addled old man, confined to a nursing home because he can't different himself from a gold plated chamber pot, would destroy the hero worship from his cult. If he really has dementia, he won't remember why he is in prison anyway so Happy Acres and an ankle monitor would be acceptable to me.
