That new information, if true raises even more red flags and should prompt a very close look at the whole thing. I am not sure if that would be a congressional committee or instead her peers within the judicial system who would be empowered to do that but we can't have corrupt judges on the court. Yes I know, we already do ( or at least ethically challenged ones) on the Supreme Court but we ought to be able to tackle the lower court judges like her a little easier.
