Normally, it's someone with Fed experience or from Goldman Sachs.

I'm going to say...Rudy Giuliani. Once confirmed all of his debts will magically disappear.

On a serious note, Trump, do not fuck with the money. Do whatever else you want to do, but do not fuck with the banks.
