So I freaked out over the election this a.m. Got scared. Took my bp med early,

instead of late afternoon as I usually do...

so I called my dr.'s office. They've been having a sharp increase in "freaking out" patients. I asked if I should take another dose in the afternoon today. The answer was "No."

Any other folks on bp meds worried?

I strongly recommend calling your doc before doing what I did this a.m.

This awful thing has happened. We can’t go back and undo anything. We move forward, try to find solutions. Being at the bottom means looking up and not giving up. I am always hopeful, can’t help it. It’s how I am wired. I can say, however, that I feel no compassion, no empathy, no forgiveness for those who voted the unbearable and unbelievable into office. How this mess will turn out, I can’t imagine. Don’t let it affect your health. 😟🥰
