If Matt Gaetz gets derailed and if the Senate restricts Elon Musk's ambitions,

I really do believe that what we're seeing is their version of a laurel leaf. But, really, it's almost like sacrificing one of your hunting dogs to the bear to give yourself a chance to get away.
