I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing...

But where I live, I've noticed the Trumper celebrations are much more muted this time around...? I live in an 80% Trumper neighborhood and every house except for 2-3 pulled up their Trump/Vance signs the day after the election. In 2016 they stayed up for weeks. Also I'm not hearing the excitement and fanatical enthusiasm in stray conversations anymore, but in 2016 I literally couldn't avoid them anywhere I went...

Just an observation... Maybe it means nothing.

There, I said it.

Those people are going to be in a world of hurt when they realize how bad they fucked themselves over.

I wish they could have learned their lesson without fucking over the rest of us.

since the election and I’m in the Florida Panhandle. Almost all of the Trump campaign signs have vanished.

I’m in amid sized town outside of Austin Texas and I actually saw an increase in Trump flags around town. The amount of anti-liberal vitriol on our community FB page has ratcheted up considerably. These people think it’s literally turned into Gilead here and he hasn’t even been inaugurated yet.

But from what I've seen here in a generally purple region, the reaction is 100% different this time around...

FWIW, we've got a lot of military and NATO people in this area, don't know if that's connected to it somehow.

He's going to do what he's going to do. His supporters' public fervor, or lack thereof, won't make any difference.
