Eminently blackmailable and will do whatever he is told, no matter how much legal jeopardy it puts him in.

Not that he won't enjoy doing these things.

Just that when it comes time for him to hang his own ass, he can't refuse.

And I believe he couldn't refuse to accept the position if he wanted to.
