many of which are against media companies.

Is he going to fund these lawsuits from our taxpayer money?

private attorney. His attorneys should be disbarred for bringing these lawsuits. Apparently, they didn't learn anything when Rudy and Sidney lost their licenses.

(Why) - WTF is he allowed to file civil litigation during his stay in office ?

What is good for the goose - should also be good for the gandor.

That is a conflict in interests to have your thumb on the scales of justice.
Especially if djt is filing litigation for bogus grounds - only to intimidate and harass.
